Meet just a few of our employees, true customer maniacs, who knew all along that Great Things really do Start Here.

Jesus Romo: After a semi professional soccer career, Jesus received his MBA at UCLA and then joined the Pizza Hut team in 1998. After only two years, he was named Western Area Coach of the Year.

After having worked in the Airline Industry for 5 years, and completing an M.B.A. at U.C.L.A., I decided to look for a company which had People at the core of its principles, and which also embraced an all inclusive culture of Diversity, Growth and Multi National opportunities. I also wanted to ensure that I could approach my role with an " owner " mentality, and thus be able to influence different levels of the organization. Pizza Hut has delivered ! I have been part of this incredible family for the last 7 years, overseeing operations from a single restaurant, to a Multi -unit Area, and now supporting the Training and Development for the Western Territory.

My intention is to lead a Region in the next years, and bring even more diversity to our operations. Pizza Hut has made this possible thanks to its belief that People Mania represents the bedrock for the ensuing Customer and Profit Mania.
